Our products are shipped to you by either UPS. FedEx or by US mail. If you must have your product as fast as possible, please write or call for an express quote.

Almost everything will go out within 48 hours of your purchase. If there will be a substantial delay for any reason, we will email you.

Everything is 100% guaranteed to please you. In any case when you are not satisfied, please notify us and we will do whatever it takes to remedy the situation: a replacement or a refund as you prefer. We welcome you to get in touch by

We will check both email and phone messages at least daily, and respond to your question right away.

Our privacy policy requires that we never share your email address or anything else about you with anyone else. We hate spam as much as you do and would never compromise your privacy.

If you have any difficulty or need an exchange or to make a return, just let us know. There will be no restocking fee and no need to get an RMA number, we just want you to be happy with all of your purchases from this website store. You can even take up to a month to try out your frames and albums to make sure they go perfectly in your home or office. So, feel free to shop as much as you like without any risk.

These rates are good for any location in the continental United States. Depending on the weight of the package, we may need to charge an extra shipping fee when sending to Hawaii or Alaska. Please indicate on the checkout page if you would like us to calculate this for you before processing your order and let you know the total before you decide for sure. 

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we have to cease sending packages to other countries immediately. Complying with the import customs procedures and duties has become too burdensome, confusing and expensive. Thank you to the many Canadian and other customers with whom we have enjoyed doing business over the past few years. We regret very much no longer being able to serve you.

We're trying to go green and do our part to contribute to responsible use of resources! We've begun using recycled shipping materials, including packing supplies and boxes. Sometimes you may receive a box with another company's logo on it—that's a box we are reusing. I also collect shipping peanuts, bubble wrap and paper from the shipping department 
 where I work.  They used to throw these away but now I am able to recycle them in our shipments. If possible, it would be great if you can recycle them again.
